Sandy Cole - Massage Therapist

When I am massing I am massaging one muscle at a time.  I tune in with my clients energy and focus on what needs to be worked on, relaxed, or needs a bit of energy flow.  The body speaks to me…in a sense…and I am able to find the areas that need the most work.  I help my clients become aware of what may be the causing problem as to why that particular area is feeling tension or pain.  If my client is open to it, I give them an anatomy lesson as to what muscle I am massaging, what are the muscles that may be affected, and give them suggestions as to how to help heal themselves.  I do an integration of Deep Circulatory, Deep Tissue, Neuro-muscular Therapy, Thai Massage, and structural integration (or Rolfing).  My work is therapeutic and relaxing at the same time.   I have an understanding of getting into the muscle with a "Delicious Discomfort" or a "It hurts so good".  I am not afraid to get into muscle but understand that muscles take time to relax and treat the muscles as if they are the most precious things in life…in a sense they really are…we wouldn't be walking around without them.  It's important to take care of them.  I am very passionate about my work and look forward to relaxing you.  Namaste
